Hidden Meadows is a beautiful part of our community with huge homes, huge yards and HUGE HILLS!!! Today we completed the first of our two walks in this area. 5.41 miles around Butterfly, Basil, Finch, Ironwood and lots of other streets in this area. I was really impressed with us though - even though there were some tough hills along this route, we still managed to maintain a 14:39 minute pace.
If you are newer to our community and don't know where Hidden Meadows is - just head east on Wildwood Canyon. Once you get up the hill you will see this beautiful, larger than life, community on the south side of the street.
After today, we are one route closer to finishing our challenge of WALKING EVERY STREET IN YUCAIPA. We will finish off Hidden Meadows on Friday (no walk scheduled for tomorrow), an wind up with Avenue G and Yucaipa Blvd. over the weekend.
