Oops........ Almost forgot about Christmas Eve!!

I just realized I never posted about this walk.  It was a great but challenging (hills, hills, hills) walk but had some glorious views of our town.  Enjoy the photos......

The morning of Christmas Eve, Jill Squared and my daughter Jolene set out early on a beautiful, foggy, cold 5.42 mile walk.  The walk started up in the Oak Grove/Wildwood area and covered some steep inclines along Oak View Road and Canyon Drive.  We then along Wildwood Canyon Road to Mesa Grande Road and covered the area around Oak Ridge Drive and Woodbrier Street (have you ever wondered about the big white house on way up on the hill?  Well the entry to the Braswell home is right along this route)!  We ended our route covering the streets along Serape and Escena before stopping on Mesa Grande and Sharon Way.

This is what I get when I wake her up for a 7am walk!!
But at least her ears were warm!!   Love my baby girl!

The view along Limekiln Drive.
A quiet "mountain" type road.

The view from the top towards Oak Glen!

The fog hadn't lifted yet.
Such a neat view!!

Christmas decorations were out in full force!

Made it to the top of the hill....
The downhill is so much easier!!
