:57 Minutes = 3.82 miles......... Getting 'er done!!!

YEP.....  we are Getting 'er done.......  one street at a time.  Today's lunch time walk started up on California and Avenue A and wound its way down to 2nd Street.  We covered all the streets in the area from Yucaipa Blvd. to Avenue E (even the little alley type streets).  Much like our walk yesterday, this is an older neighborhood in town, with some local businesses mixed in.  A nice little park is nestled in on the corner of Avenue B & 1st Street, along with the Elks Lodge, the Scherer Community Center and probably the oldest store in town - Sail Drug Store!!

We want to say thank you to those of you that come out of your houses to say hello.  It's always fun to have people recognize us along our walks.

Tomorrow we will be walking after work along California Street and covering Eureka, Mountain View, Velardo and the mobile home parks along this route.  Hope to see you along our journey as we continue to WALK EVERY STREET IN YUCAIPA!!!
