We started today's walk at the Rite-Aid on Bryant and Oak Glen Road. As we headed south, we got some beautiful views of the valley down the wash area to the west and we got to see the nice trails around the water basin on the east side of Bryant.
Our walk was an easy 3.81 mile route (very moderate inclines) that took us down Bryant to Comberton and wrapped down and around the cul-de-sacs to California Street. We then proceeded up California around faith and Addison (bet you haven't heard of these streets, huh?) before we headed west on Date to 2nd Street and then back up Persimmon.
Most of these streets were established neighborhoods with quiet cul-de-sac streets. Very family friendly with lots of kids enjoying their last day of Christmas break.
Over the next week (or so - depending on the rain) we will be completing the area north of Yucaipa Blvd, west of Bryant and east of 5th Street. Today we were lucky enough to have our co-worker Barbara Costello join us and we would love to have you come along as well.
